dear sir/madam I Bought a new Mobile connction of company AIRCEL in August Month.On new connection company provide me FREE UNLIMITED INTRNET SERVICE for ONE month.I use It ONE MONTH AND FIFTEEN DAYS, But company has not send me confirmition MSG OR CALL . I surprised After One Month and FIFTEEN days Company deduct MY balance RS.55/- without any confirmation MSG and CALL. i Was shocked and call to help line for this but company executive not response me. and not refund me. When did you activate your DND service. Generally it takes around 45 days to activate this service. If has been more than 45 days, you should visit the nearest Aircel outlet and get help.
