[Resolved] Aircel — VAS Friendz zone activated without my permission | |||
Hello sir/madam' On 30th mar 2010 at 23:08 i received a msg from 57000 in that "Thakyou for subscribing to Aircel Friendz zone. You have been charged RS 30 for 30days" is displayed. But i didnt activate tat via msg or call even till now i dont know wat is it..?? I complined in customer care but no response. How to get my money back. Please anyone help me.. Well it is quite possible that prior to this you must have attended to any promotional calls or messages which has resulted in the activation. To stop these messages and calls get your DND service activated. Good luck.
