[Resolved]  Aircel GPRS — GPRS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS VERY POOR

Aircel's customer care service for GPRS is very very poor. None would have experienced the better event but only me. A couple of days back, I bought a new Laptop. I have activated Pocket Internet on my mobile. I wanted to configure Internet Access on my lap via Aircel Gprs. When I connected, after configuration, It displayed the Error 'PPP LINK CONTROL PROTOCOL WAS TERMINATED'. I called CC via 55333. The gentle man who picked up the call, said book a complaint at GPRS CC via 121.

To my surprise, 121 was not working in our region. I called 55333 again and placed a complaint on 121 was not working at my area. (Complaint No. R[protected]. Then I left to my native, where 121 was working. I called 121, IVRS directed me to talk to Customer Care Officer after a selection of a few options. No sooner I was told to wait until CCO comes online, the call gets disconnected and only dooo, dooo, dooo sound is heard.

This is not happened single time or twice, almost 70, 80 times it happened. Dear Aircel Executives, if at all you want to provide service, please do not disappoint persons like me by making going across several options and finally give a NOSE CUT. Kindly tell us the right number to represent our issues.

"I do understand that one gets very disturbed and frustrated with such problems occurring again and again. However I must add here that my experience with the Aircel CC has been good so far and I fail to understand why this happened with you. What I could suggest you is to visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the customer care there – I am sure your problem will be solved in no time..

i activated aircel pocket internet for 3 days @ rs 14. the network range is full but gprs speed is only 4.5 to 5.5 kb per second even at mid night and even at 3.00am !!! I CALLED C CARE AND THEY TOLD THEIR SPEED AS 20 TO 3O KB/SEC!!!
my mobile no is [protected] .i ask you to send a online settings for connecting a GPRS in my sony erricsion K320i mobile.but i didn't get any response. so take this as my complaint and send that online settings as soon as possible.
i too feel the same way... usually i don't lik to complain anyone or any person but... they hav to work a lot on their customer care service.. it's a humbag... each time i call i hav to wait in line for atleast ten minutes.. and sometimes the doop doop sound comes and irritates...
