[Resolved] Aircel GPRS — gprs not working since 15 feb 2010 | |
Dear sir , i am using aircl gprs from last 8 months,(my no is [protected])but since 15 th feb this is not working. on repeated complaints (5 to 6 times),finally on 9 th march one engineer of aircel come to my residence and said take near about 15 days more for this service to continue,because a new tower is installed. my question is that if they know that for one month or some more days their service is interrupted then why they sale 98/rs gprs card to every one ? who is responsible for this financial and mental loss ? from samir chaturvedi lucknow(u.p) m.no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I can understand your state of mind. But it is by a matter of chance that it has happened to you, since Aircel is a very customer oriented organization and takes good care of its customers.
