[Resolved]  Aircel — postpaid bill

Hello,
I have recently taken a aircel postpaid sim in january but since it didnot get activated even after 4 days of purchasing a contacted the dealer and asked him to deactivate it bec i was in urgent requirement of sim and cant wait for months for it to get functional. The dealer apologised and assured that it will be deactivated and i will not be troubled any more. After 15 days an aircel representative came to my address for address verification . I again told him the whole issue and told him that i am not interested in using the sim and even to that day sim was not activated, I again requested him to deactivate it . He assured me that the sim will be permanently be deactivated and i will no more be troubled for bill.

Again after a month a started getting the calls regarding payment of 550 bill amount for the sim usage. I talked to customer care representative. She told me that although there has been no usage of the sim still she cant help me. For assistance she asked me to visit nearest aircel outlet. I visited an aircel outlet 15 km from my residence where i told the entire issue. The lady on the desk took a written note from me that i am no more interested in using the sim and assured me that the bill will be nullified and i will no more be troubled with any more further bills.

again in this month i have got a bill of 222 Rupees, althu the previous bill of 550 has been removed but why has this new bill been generated?
Again i called to customer care representative and she agsin told me dat i have to pay the bill even though the sim is no more under use or visit to nearest aircel outlet...

why are these aircel people troubling me for a useless sim that has been decativated long ago and is no more in use and for which i have been assured several times that i will no more be troubled. Why am i being troubled to go to the aircel outlet each month and why are the customer care representative meant for if they cant care for customers concern..

Please please help me in this issue and look into the matter.

Postpaid bill is very High, unable to convert from postpaid to prepaid
I am from Chennai and i used aircel Postpaid datacard ( NO: [protected] ) before a year . Then i paid ma balance outstanding amount and i requested to deactivate my datacard after PAYING THE OUTSTANDING BILL only.
After few months i am frequently receiving calls stating you have balance amount of Rs.2068. I said i deactivated before a year itself why should i pay. i didn't receive any proper response. Then i received a call from Advocate(before four months) stating fraudulent case has been filed on you. I went to the AIRCEL STORE where i requested for deactivation. He apologised and said no need to pay, your card has been activated again unknowingly in BULK TOOL ACTIVATION process and he spoke with the advocate and resolved the issue. BUT NOW AGAIN I AM RECEIVING CALLS from ( [protected]) Chennai Aircel Office ( Spenzer) stating you have balance amount of Rs.2068. I explained them previous issue which happened but they are not ready to hear my queries and status about that complaint.Now again a Legal notice is generated from Advocate side. Is this the way Aircel treats its customer????!!!. I'm totally vexed upon this issue. Please take some responsible actions and clear this issue. I have attached a image and i can further give some evidences if you need .
