I am a customer of Aircel Company . I have been using this number [protected] from Dec 05 in my own name and on 5 Oct 10 I got a call for Re-verification to summit 4 photograph and POI/POA document and on the next day i.e. 6 Oct 10 I have summitted it to the Cellcity Imphal . Now, all my 888 lifetime and PPS lifetime have been cancel without any information. Regarding this I have written a complaint and summitted it to the cellcity on 18 Nov 10. Since, no effect I than sent a mail from my husband email id on 1st week of Dec 10 and finally on 13 Dec 10 my service got change to 222 lifetime but all my service have been removed by the Company . Previously I have enjoyed 1 peisa/sec on every call including STD, which I don’t need to recharge any magic pack rather than top up and now I have been charge 99 peisa/min. Whether its 5 sec I have been charge 99 peisa . In Company view the case has been solve but in my view I am not at all satisfy with it and now I am seeking for your help. I am not the only customer facing this problem and I would be very thankful if you consider the case little seriously and finish the case as soon as possible.
