I would like to inform you that I am having a Aircel connection whose number is [protected].
Every month I have recharge INR 128 3G Internet plan. I got 500MB 3G data and extend 500MB it's unlimited 2G plan.
Aircel India company policy after complete 3G, your speed is deducted 128kbps in 2G plane.
When tried to use that 2G data i got downloading & Uploading speed of just 10Kbps - 30Kbps on both time.
I have called customer care and send the email customer care office at long long time but not response my problem.
I'm suffering problem every month when complete 3G 500MB data.
So its my humble request that you please solve my problem as soon as possible.
