[Resolved] Aircel India — unmentioned balance cuttings | |||
Sir, . my Aircel prepaid number is [protected].i have got this number 3-4 months back...aircel 3g mornings are activated on my number when i bought the sim...its free for 30 days..they never mentioned that it will cost ₹5 per day after 30 days.When i call them..they used to tell me that i have clicked on some blind links while browsing(they didn't mentioned aircel 3g mornings)...now(19 oct) they are telling me that Aircel mornings are not deactivated...i never got any message regarding this service...when i ask them..they used to tell me cock n bull stories...the best answer with them is to deactivate that service but no answer why they activated it...i got irritated with their customer care executives whose never answers any genuine question and simply put my call on hold(recent proof:on 19th oct around 1pm..my call to customer care 198) . they are making customers bafoons by their false information...goodbye Aircel...i have choosed another network through mobile number portability...
