[Resolved]  Aircel — Unnecessary deduction and automatic service activation

Unnecessary deduction and automatic service activation......................Please STOP the unwanted services on my phone and every few days i get one or another service started on my mobile and when i get to know already a good amount get deducted, i also experienced highly unprofessional customer service.my cell no is [protected] i had promotional balance of about rs45 but on 30/12/11 morning 7rs has been deducted from my a/c and i have nothing left..
so please take a look in this matter....

Aircel GSM Mobile Services — Unnecessary deduction of a/c balance

There is unnecessary deduction of my a/c balance and i want to know the reasons of this deduction i haven't requested for any dialer tune but charges for this have been charged from my account..
So kindly revert back my account balance and stop my dialer tune otherwise i have to leave your connection services..
i also try to call customer care but they are also not responding..

You might have attended to any promotional calls or messages unknowingly which has resulted in the activation. In future you can avoid such instances by getting your DND Service activated . Good luck.
