[Resolved] Aircel — INTERNET SLOW SPEED | |||
I HAVE TAKEN AN AIRCEL 3G SIM ON 31 JANUARY 2013 AND MY NO IS [protected],,IT GOT ACTIVTED ON 4TH FEB. AFTER THAT IT IS GIVING 2G SPEED ONLY. EVRY PAGE TAKES ABOUT A MINUTE TO LOAD. DOWNLOAD SPEED IS ALSO AS LOW AS 15-20 kbps. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 6 FEB WHOSE NO IS 1-[protected] AND SAID THAT IT WILL BE RESLOVED WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT NOW ITS ALMOST 72 HOURS BUT NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN FROM THERE SIDE. I HAVE CALLED A NUMBER OF TIMES BUT THEY TURNED A DEAF EAR TO MY COMPLAINTS... Was this information helpful? | |||
