Team,

This is in regards with my mobile No[protected], which i think buying a
Aircel mobile is like a pain in life. I am very upset with your
company services in Jamnagar, You dont have proper network coverage
here, and you advertise so much about your internet services which are
pathetic, i would rather suggest you to close the services if you
cannot give proper services. I am moving to vodafone, i have made many
complains with your service advisers in customer care but they never
take the complain. what should i do please suggest.

i m very traid with aircel telecom co.

internet is worst in aircel they never listen complaints, speed comes about 400 to 500 bytes p/s .never go for recharge of 98 or 14 the its judt money waist

Have you downloaded the GPRS settings? If not its extremely simple and can be activated in no time. Just call the customer care and they would help you through the complete process..

Switch to bsnl (RS. 5 per 10kb.) it gprs works very fine.

sir i am using you pocket internet card worth 14 & 98 both. When i open to use its speed is to slow , i cant able to search anything properly. my no. is [protected]. please give a solution.

sir, i am using a aircel net connect in my computer . but i am not using properly. because the signal quality is very low and very slow . you must clear this problem soon.

i have samsumg s3310 mobile. and the pc studio is not showing the aircel as ISP in the list. so how can i connect to the internet through aircel sim???? plz help me out through it ~~~~~!!!

5 months is a long time. What is the reason given by Aircel ? Is it because maybe then don’t extend the service in your area.

browsing/surfing is very very poor and also downloading i have complanint circel costumer but not solve my problem.please solve my problem
