[Resolved]  Aircel — balance problem

Hi,
my name is mohamed thambi. i am using aircel prepaid sim [protected]. i didn't subscribe wall papers. but u detected 5 rupees in my main account every day.still i didn't receive any message related to wall paper. so you should refund the money.. and cancel above also.

Aircel — Problems with Balance

Every time I recharge my specific instruction to the person who recharges my phone is please recharge to the main balance. But it always gets credited to my special balance. In that case I cant send sms which is very important as I keep sending international sms frequently. And its quite essential that I have a main balance. I utterly dont understand the use of a special balance and see no need of it. It is quite annoying to recharge and every time u end up having a special balance which makes no sense. This too being very cautious and specifically telling the vendor.

Lately one of the vendors told me that the company people had told him that if 10 people complain to them then they will look into the matter.

Funny thing is the same amount was recharged for the person next to me and it went to his main balance and when i recharged it went to special balance. So what system are the following. It wud be good if they can make up their minds.

TThis is not the first time constantly activating my caller tune whenever they want even afyter I unsubscribed and deducting the amount immediately and had this problem going on for ages.

If they cud clean up their act and provide better customer service it wud be good. Unfortunately cant switch service provider.
They send you messages/call for selection caller tune or all that if yes then do 1st thing activate dnd service do not disturb which is free of cost just send 'START DND" send on 1909 because they send you msg or call and due to any reason they activate caller tune...
