DEAR SIR, I AM USER OF AIRCEL MOBILE AND MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected]. ON 13TH APRIL 2010, 8.23 PM, I GOT A MESSAGE FROM 57000 THAT AIRCEL FRIENDS ZONE HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED AND 20/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FOR 20 DAYS FROM MY MOBILE. I COMPLAINT ABOUT IT VIA COMPLAINT NO.[protected] TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AJIT KUMAR ABOUT IT, HE TOLD ME THAT MY COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED TILL 17TH APRIL. ON 20TH APRIL I ASKED ON CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT IT , HE TOLD ME THAT THIS SERVICE IS ACTIVATED BY ME NOT BY THE COMPANY, SO THE CO. WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY (20/-). SIR PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DEDUCTED 20/- AS THEIR WISH AND MAY BE ANOTHER DAY THEY WILL DEDUCT WHOLE AMOUNT FROM MY BALANCE OR OTHER CUSTOMER`S BALANCE. Well it is quite possible that you must have attended to any promotional calls or messages which has resulted in the activation and these promotional messages are used by all operators to promote services, DND service is the solution to this.
