Aircel Limited — Deactivation request not taken | |||
Dear Sir, We Multitec, decided to cancel all our Corporate CUG Connections from Aircel. We walked-in at Aircel Relationship Centre located at Saidapet, Chennai for more than a Month Ago (23.06.2010 & 29.06.2010 & 09.07.2010) All these times our Request was taken, but we have received Bills now for the month of July. And we checked the Sim Cards, they are found Active. It is reluctant & shows the irresponsibility of Aircel, who are not fulfilling the Customer's request @ On-Time. Hence kindly do the needful to cancel the Below Mentioned No's Immediately without further delays. Hii have raised complaint for phone is not working past 10 days no one can assist the number is[protected]
sir, one day i have activated the internet pack of 5 rupees on my mobile but after that i am trying persistently to de- activation to this and two time a have goten the complaint code 1-[protected] in the date of 31/07/2012. and second code 1-[protected] with the mobile number [protected]. please kindly request for the deactivation of it. plz this is my humble request. any customer care never listen to the complaint.

I have taken aircel sim and my no is [protected]. The day since i have taken the connection i have not been satisfied by the service provided by the operator . I have made many compliants for the same but no response for the operator this is the latest compliant no[protected] provided by the operator .Please kindly check in to these matter I want solution to this problem at the earliest.
