[Resolved] Aircel Ltd — COMPENSATION | |||
Hi, I am a so called a privilege customer to Aircel as i have been paying not less than[protected] rs every month @ times 4000 too.But have always faced a problem. I am someone who travels across India very frequently, wherein, there are times when there are possibilities i cross my due date but make sure the payment is made as i must be connected 24 hrs and my business runs in it.Have been using this number for almost 3 years or so.Had informed the Team Leader Mr Hari of my problem and issue about my lines getting disconnected just abruptly every now and then and for which he was kind enough to promise and ensure never to barr my lines again, But never has that promise kept. I have been facing this problem every month. I am pissed off with what recently i have faced and i need a compensation. 1) NIght at 9.00 Pm both incoming and out going goes off. 2)Calling the customer care we need to wait for half an hour, until some1 picks up the call and says that the lines would be released in 1 hour.So i wait. 3) after 2 hours i call the customer care again and wait for half an hour for them to pick up until one guy pops. He says sorry about the last guy making a mistake of saying it would be released, as it would not be possible from our side. He asks me to mail to talktoaircel if i would need to have it released immediately. So i trust him and send a mail, to desperately have my lines released. No reply. Not sure if i am wasting time typing this complaint too.Anyways. So i call the customer care and the officer as usual picks the call after half an hour and i ask him that the site is a national forum site is it ok. He says yes that where i can have my solution if i need it with imm effect. 4) No response, so i again wait for half an hour for another customer care officer and tell him everything for which he says tomorrow surely on priority by 10.00 he would have it released after a long conversation of almost an hour he takes my alternative numbers and says someone will call my alternative number and confirm of the release of the lines @ 10.00 AM sharp. 5)No body calls, so i call another Team Leader Mr VTL who tells me that i must make my payment. So i make my payment in the morning itself. He says in 1 hour it will be released now. I wait for 2 hours and again ask for Mr VTL ,a girl called Ms Nirmala picks up the call and says you have no option other than to wait for the lines to get released. So i tell her to connect to Mr VTL, she says he is on the other call. So i say i shall wait. She says he is not willing to talk. So i say i am not willing to keep the phone unless i get a solution now. She says it would get released in half an hour now. 6)Now again after 1 hour i call and get the customer care as usual after half an hour they pick up the call. The guy pleads sorry and apologies for whatever happened and for all that his colleague said and says please sir, wait for a another 2 hours and would have it released. I had no choice and i had to wait.I have lost around 13.8 lac of business. I want a compensation. If this forum is true please call me for any further clarifications @[protected]. You might have attended to any promotional calls or messages unknowingly which has resulted in the activation. In future you can avoid such instances by getting your DND Service activated . Good luck.
