Aircel Ltd — fraud commitment about a postpaid connection

my complaint for a gues who are working in aircel ltd .south Delhi head office mohancoprative estate .name off this gues are rahul ([protected],[protected])he is giving me a postpaid plan of 249rs and committed to i m use in this plan 98 pi but when i m call customer care he says that in this plan not active the pi of 98 rs in this plan and my advance rs250 which r giving before connection is not show in this plan. so i m very upset for this gyes and company. so my regest is that solve my problem hurry.
