[Resolved] Aircel Ltd. — internet Problems | |||||
Hello I am Abhishek from Mysore I have Aircel Number [protected] & I faced several Problems from you. When i call to Customer Care Number Some Badmash Officer speaking n we will transfer to ur call to Our manager n some minutes later the call will cut. Everyday i try to call customer care number but it will not connected to customer care. I recharged 3G plan but it will not work 3g Speed Work as a very Slow So i your not solve my problem i Will PORT to another...Plz Solve My Prblms from You.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

It seems your GPRS settings have not been installed properly. I would suggest you to refresh your settings once again. Get in touch with the customer care to guide you through the process. I am pretty sure this is the solution to your problem. Happy surfing
Aircel — internet problem
sir,My self saptarshi dey,i am from baripada(orissa),my aircel number is[protected].I am using rs:98/- pocket intenet for last 4 months,but from last month i am facing problem,that my intenet is automaticaly disconnecting within 1 min.I have registered complain for more then 20days.But they are not solving my problem.When i go to aircel office the person of the office said that there is a problem in our area network,which i have already complained to the aircel customer care.According to them they are assuring me that they will solve the problem in 2 days.But still then they are not solving the problem.
I will be glad if my problem gets solved as soon as possible.
This is by a matter of chance that there might be a major technical issue which is causing this delay otherwise your problem would have been solved by now. Since you have followed the right procedure in approaching them, I am sure they are trying and will get it done very soon, good luck.

Aircel — internet problem
Dear Sir,I m using aircel in delhi my number is[protected]
i recharged with Rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, After every 2-3 minute my net disconected
Plz do needful action.
My elternet no [protected].
