Dear Team,

I'm using aircel network for more than 5-6 Years . I'm facing network issue more then a Year . I have complained to a customer executive, as well as nodel officers but no response from their side till now . I'm fed with this network . sometimes they taking money without my knowledge . Please do the needful

AirCell — not recieving signal

WE ARE AIR CELL CUSTOMERS FROM ( THANDALAM ), THESE PLACES ARE NEAR BY PORUR.AND WE ARE FACING SIGNAL PROBLEM FROM PAST 4 MONTHS, WE HAVE COMPLAINED IN AIRCEL OFFICE IN CHENNAI AND LODJED OUR COMPLAINTS . BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE, SO I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO SOLVE ALL THESE PROBLEMS

Aircel — nework problem

Dear Sir,
I am using net on no:-[protected] at my pc.But your network get lost so many time ,i can't
explain.Plz do needful
It is essential to know the network zone you stay in. Network availability is based on the tower presence in the respective area, it is quite possible that the place you are residing is a low network area. So you should try calling the customer care to sort it out. Don’t forget to note down the complain number- it always helps in following up….

I am from cochin.kerala.i tooked the sim after 2 days after the launch in cochin..and Aircel had tie up in Idea towers... Here 2 towers are working between my home.(Thevara and Thevara ferry)..PROBLEM .... I am not getting incoming calls properly. because of range fluctuation ....it shows full range here... But....when others are calling.. I am in out of coverge area ...
i have lodged first Complaint in FEBRUARY of 2009.
Customer care executives have tooken the complaint .... But they told me that they transfered the complaint to technical team but technical team will took their time..... To solve...the complaint..THEY are not ready to increase BANDWIDTH..
I request my BROTHERS to be careful of this worst network.....aircel..........
And I REQUEST ALL CUSTOMERS TO MAKE A REQUEST request TRAI AUTHORITY to ensure the quality of A SERVICE PROVIDER.... I have found out following.....issues regarding aircel.......
1.low bandwidth(WEAK RANGE)
2.voice break
3.low speed gprs...2.75 to 3 at most towers in a district... recharged for 3 months..over 10 compaints lodged latest Complaint number...[protected]..
its strange that even after having two towers around your house you have network problems. I would suggest you to just visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the nodal officer and I am sure you would get a genuine solution immediately…
DEAR SIR,
I HAVE A NETWORK PROBLEM IN SHANGHUMUGHAM, TRIVANDRUM, PIN CODE = 695007, LAND MARK = NEAR ARCHANA HOSPITAL.

I HAVE RECIEVING NO SIGNALS INSIDE THE HOME, SO IT IS IMPOSSSIBLE TO USE THE AIRCEL POCKET INTERNET, WITHOUT MORE SIGNALS THE AIRCEL POCKET INTERNET IS NOT ACCESSING. WE HAD THE SIGNAL BOOSTERS 2KM AWAY FROM THE HOME, BUT THE PLACE WHERE SIGNAL BOOSTERS IS SITUATED IS NEAR THE SEA SHORE AND SO WE ARE NOT AT ALL RECIEVING ANY SIGNALS FROM THERE, SO WE KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO BRING A NEW SIGNAL BOOSTERS OR TOWER NEAR ARCHANA HOSPITAL.
I can understand your problem, but so far as Kerala is concerned, Aircel has a great connectivity throughout the state. You can therefore report the issue to the nearest Aircel store, I am sure they will consider this issue with utmost priority.

I generally connect internet through my Aircel SIM. There is no problem when I connect to 2G. But when I try to connect 3G through my USB Dongle, always get the poor Network or no Network.

Every time when I contact to the Customer Care, they assured me the network problem will be resolve after 4 hour. Because there is a work on "Aircel Server Maintenance".

By the way I used 'Vodafone' with same location, dongle & computer, I always get tremendous high speed internet.

I already mail the full details to [protected]@aircel.co.in. The Aircel Customer Care executive call me several time. Even I got massage from customer care saying that "My problem has been resolved".


BUT HERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT. THE 3G SIGNAL STRENGTH AS POOR AS IT WAS BEFORE.
I am Mahendran from, Chennai.

Am using aircel network, POSTPAY Connection and in my home we are using 4 aircel numbers, all are having the same problems.

I dont have network coverage inside my home, i need to come out of my home for signal, so once i enter into my home the signal is not there, it makes me to come outside for signal.

I spoke so many times to customer care they are simply saying the repeated statement we are taking your feedback and processing later our people will call you. and i walkin to to the 4 aircel show room even the HO (Spencer Plaza) of chennai, they are telling that we cant provide any signal booster for a single home, we have to discuss with finance team or technical team, and it may take 2 to 3 months for resolving this.
And the customer care executive said go to aircel showroom and they will solve your issue but the showroom people said call to customer care and they will process your complaints. They make me to go here and there. I need a correct solution for this.

Its really disgusting.

I am Asiq Raja from dharapuram, i have been using aircel network more then 6 years, and in my family we have around 6 connections. We are planning to change the network due to the poor network in Aircel. I have already made complaint about this issue and after long follow through i got some help from the aircel people but its only for the few hours after they left the place the problem raises again? Can you fix this issue or not? i really get fed-up with these thinks, we can't able to talk to continuously more than a minute. Its frequently disconnecting. I am really get much disappointment with your POOR NETWORK SERVICE. I have given my previous compliant details.

· Duration of problem: more than 3 month

· Address with Landmark: 365, big bazzar street, dharapuram

· Type of handsets: Samsung & Nokia c1 (more than 4 mobiles)

· Number of signals (0, 1, 2, 3, 4) : UN predictable (some time shows full when calling
get 0 then again raising).

· Voice quality (Good, Average, Poor): Poor

· Area (Indoor, Outdoor): Both (some time outside is little bit better, but again goes
worst)

· Alternate Number : no

Sir, my complaint against aircel company that my mobile no. [protected] and
issued sim no.[protected] is showing sim card
registration failed while its validity was 2022A.D. and the sim card
was in regular use & was in switch on condition nokia handset. Now On
calling on this no. The response from aircel service provider is the no. You
are calling does not exist. I also tried many handsets of different
company but the issue remained same. Why this thing is happened with me? For any action taken in against of customer he must be informed about the matter otherwise conscent of customer should be taken before deactivation of account and should be informed about action taken against him. Where as i am responsible
citizen of democratic INDIA and there is no case against me regarding
any matter under IPC which is punishable under CRPC, and there is even not a single complaint on any issue. Then why aircel company had stopped my service? It means it was either planning of
company to close my account and after 30days reissue to some other
customer in order to get more benefit or it is became costly to bear
me as a customer. Regarding this I filed a complaint with no. 1759
2851 739 to aircel company. For the same I need suitable excuse and action according to
law. The
statement I am mentioning here shall be treated as evidence under
section 3 of evidence act, if asked by a competent court. I will wait
for your quick and favourable action.
