[Resolved] Aircel — Problem in deactivation of services | |||
Hello, I am Gaurav Singhal having a aircel connection. In my mobile there is a imposed service of "MUSIC ON DEMAND". Now I wanna deactive this service bt i am facing no. of problems. I have called on customer care no. of times. All executive told that this service would be de-activate with in 24 hours. But now 10-12 days have been passed.There is no de-activation. one of your executive gave me a request no. this is as follows [protected], whose name is Mr. Vinay. Now, that is my last and final warning to you. If you do not de-activate this service from my mobile no. [protected]. I will discontinue this number. And also other 12 no.
