[Resolved]  Aircel Mobile Connection — Forceful deduct charges for dial A Tune

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Please note I have taken a connection on 22.10.09 vide no. [protected] and on 23.10.09 the Aircell mobile service provider has forcefully deduct Rs.30/- for Dial- A- Tune charge. While asking the Customer Care it has been inform that I have requested the same on 11.10.09. I do not understand how it can be possible that SIM has been activated on 22nd but the request has been placed 12 days in advance of activation. I made a complain on 23rd it self and they have given a time of 3 working days. But no reply has been given rather not refunded the charges. They are not at all interested to give any feed back also.

My name is Mr. Soumya Bhandari, having a AIRCEL connetion no-[protected] for atleast 9 to 10 months only.But recent the deduct Rs.13/- from my balence for automaticallt dialer tune activation wheather my dnd was activated as on 15.02.10 and then i submitted my complain to the company and they give me a docket no on 15.02.10, time 7.50 p.m and the docket no is 1-[protected] and also give me the assurence to take 72 working hours.but still now they have no solved my problem . and also know about this company that they give assurence daily but they not solve the problem and also known that they all time give another docket daily to still now, but how time they take to solve my problem.i[censored] understand my problem so pls solve my problem. and evrything docoment in my mobile and their assurence, so please do the needfully

AIRCEL MOBILE CONNECTION — COMPANY HAS DEDUCTED MONEY FOR CALLER TUNE SERVICE WHICH WAS NOT SUBSCRIBED BY ME.

MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]. AIRCELL HAS DEDUCTED MONEY ON THEIR OWN FOR CALLER TUNE SERVICE. ALTHOUGH I HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE & NODAL GRIEVANCE OFFICER. THERE IS NO RESPONSE. MOREOVER DAILY UNSOLICITED CALLS & SMS ARE COMING ALTOUGH I HAVE REGISTRES DO NOT DISTURB . NO BODY SHOULD TAKE AIRCELL CONNECTION.

Myself Miss S. Pradhan having aircel number of [protected], one to two months back Rs.15/- has been deducted from my account for caller tune so i called the customer care and filed a complain, they assure me within some hour caller tune will be disconnected. But again after 13 days I got message that my caller tune is getting renewed within 2 days. I, again, immediately made complain, only after that caller tune has been removed from my no. within 4 hours. I always try to send START DND to 1909 huh no use answer is message sending failed try again later.
Story has not been finished yet, yesterday on 20th march I got 3-4 messages continuously from company telling that my your request will be processed shortly...without making any request I got that message. Next message was dear subscriber you have been charged Rs 30 for 30 days subscription for Dialer tunes. Third message was thank you; your dialer tune sadi gali has been set as per your request. And final message thank you, you can now enjoy cricket updates as your dialer tune.
Once again I called a customer care filed a complain telling about all the messages I got, she (customer care) checked that her in computer and told me that I made a request for that tune at 11.45 am..God knows my cell was with me, I didn’t make any call or request but they get request for dialer tune from my side. I ask her to immediately remove that tune and give back my amount which has deducted from my account. She insist that I made a call that’s why they fix dialer tune in my number.
On behalf of every Aircel Customer, I want strict action against Aircel Company. If no one can take action then I want every individual customer of aircel to unite and make every possible bad wish for this no.1 cheater company.
My wish is to close this company forever...and whoever is responsible for this foul play would not get any job.
