hey buddy I completely understand your situation at this time however I must tell you here that these services are all automated and generally do not get started without prior permission of the customer. I would suggest you to just speak to the customer care and sort this out – it shouldn’t be a big deal….
Hey buddy all the value added services offered by telecom players are automated and require customer approval before activation. I am sure there is some miscommunication. Why don’t you speak to the customer care or visit the nearest Aircel store with your problem. I am sure this will take no time to get solved
buddy unknowingly u might have responded to any promo calls or messages, since these services cannot be activated without the consumer consent, get it deactivated and also request for the DND service to block such calls and messages.
I have complain in mobile connection no. [protected] in which without any permission the amount is being deducted everytime for the cost of song tuning which was never requested to you.
It is also surprising that while contacting to your AIRCEL office at Bareilly(U.P.) for this complaint and requested to credit this amount which has been deducted by CHEATING and making FRAUD on the public money, your official told that they are not bothered for this type of complaint and they will not credit the wrongly deducted amount and expressed their views to do whatever I can do.
Under the situation, being created from your end, I request you:

Aircel — dialer tune implemented without my consent and also deducting money for that
AM USING AIRCEL NO [protected].[protected], [protected]. AIRCEL HAS PROVIDE DIALERTUNE WITHOUT INFORMATION 4 TIME MINIMUM. THIS IS A TRICJ THAT THEY FIXED UP FOR THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE CALLERTUNE WITHOUT THEIR INFORMATION. NOW HOW CAN I NOW IN MY BUSY SCHEDULE THAT WHAT IS RINGING WHEN EVER ANYBODY CALL ME BECAUSE NOBODY CALL HIS OWN NO.AND MORE OVER THEY DEDUCT MONEY FOR THAT PARTICULAR SERVICE. TODAY I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL ON MY [protected] NO AND RS 30 DEDUCTED INSTANTLY.WAHT CAN I DO. HOW CAN I GET RELEASE FORM THIS CHEATING I DONT KNOW. MY PHONE NO IS DISCLOSED ABOUT 1000 PEOPE ALL OVER INDIA. HOW CAN I GET RID OF THIS. frm last two month, my balance is detcted plz do something.my no is [protected]
my mobile no. is [protected], without my permission, when i recharge 50 Rs. it deducted 30 from my balance and when i recharged with 25 Rs. it deducted 15 Rs. for activating sometime for caller tune and sometime for MCA
it is not happen once time it happen many time
and when i call up to customer care for asking this reason, he say keep on hold let me check, after that he cut the connection
so please don't do such type of activity

My mobile number is [protected]. Without any information SWEET DREAMS PACK was activated to my number. First time i lost Rs.15. I called Customer service and asked them to cancel this pack. I didnt ask for refund though. They said that it will be cancelled.
After few days, again the SWEET DREAMS PACK was activated on my number. Immediately i called Customer service ad asked them to deactivate it. They told me to call another number. I did. It said that I didnt any subscription regarding this SWEET DREAMS PACK. Again i called Customer service and asked for refund.
I got refund of Rs 15. But again in the next week the same pack was activated. Again i called and filed a complaint. Still this problem wasnt solved. Now they detected Rs 10 for NO REASON.
Kindly take necessary action on this, If not I will go a step ahead !

Aircel — Activation of Caller tune without permission.
Aircel mobile providers hav activated the caller tunes on customers cellphone and charged them without customer's permission.Its the second time when they have activated the caller tune on my cellphone and charged for it and i called the customer care two times for last complaint but they didnt give the satisfactory reply for respective complain. My Mobile number is [protected].Without any information SWEET DREAMS PACK was activated to my number.And i lost Rs.30.Please deactivate this PACK and refund my balance immediately.

Aircel — unnecessary subscribing caller tune and deducted the balance
Aircel has unnecesary subscribed me for the caller tune services and deducted my balance.I have not even pressed the * key then also due to their own technical fault they deducted my balance. This has caused me very inconveniency as my balance was deducted and I was not in a position to make a very urgent and a very important out going international call as after the deduction my balance became low. which caused me a great trouble. The company should not do such sorts of activity and give trouble to the customers. The company's technical system is very bad and faulty and the company is charging unnecessary for that its the company's faulty system and not the customers.
