[Resolved]  Aircel Mobile Connection — Unnecessary deduction of balance in the name of value added service

Sir,
With due respect I want to state you that I had taken the Aircel connection thinking that it would be a good and honest service provider. I was shocked when I saw that there is no difference between Aircel connections with any other service provider who just deducted the balance from customers account in the name of Value added services without customers consent.
My Aircel Number is [protected]. On 19/12/2010 I saw the Aircel had deducted Rs.15 from my balance without giving me any information. When I lodged complaint from my husband’s Aircel no [protected] with customer care against such deduction without my consent then they gave me a complaint number –[protected] and told that they deducted the money in the name of “phone of friend”. When I told them that I had not activated any services then told me that it may be a mistake but we can assure you that; same will not be happen in future and they are unable to return me the balance as I demanded then.
On 18/01/2011 again they had deducted Rs.15 from my account and like previous manner after lodging complaint from my side from same number then one customer care employee name Mr. Debobrata Mondal gave me a complaint number:[protected] and when I told him to return my balance he shows his inability to accept my request.
After that I tried to lodge my complaint with NODAL Officer but his line was busy then. On 20/01/2011 around 10:00am he ranged me up and said I will investigate the matter. On the same date he again ranged me around 4 pm with duration of 8min.16 sec. from his number ([protected]) and said that there was no deduction happened from my account. I become astonished hear such a FALSE Statement from such a higher rank holder.
As a customer of Aircel service provider here I am lodging complaint against them for frequent unnecessary balance deduction from my account in the name of different value added services and I want my balance returns within 7 days otherwise only way open to me is lodge complain with Consumer court and then TRAI.

Very very worst service in aircell customer care. No responsible in customer Complinet.(Caller tune activated Unnessary, so Rs.30 Refondable.)
Aircel is worst customer care service provider...as they are not behaving properly with customer as name of serviceman is Rishi..,
