Dear sir,
I suffered since 2 to 3 months from Aircel mobile Network, unnecessarily activated value added service to my mobile number without my knowledge and deduct charge Rs.30/- from my account, already i done compliment to Aircel customer care for long back response for the compliment and refund the same amount, again next month i was received one message from aircel in that message i.e. your value service pack has been renewed with Rs.25/- then again i complaint to Aircel customer care then long back the amount was refunded to my account and again deduct Rs.25/- on 25.01.2011. without any reason, again i compliant to aircel customer care through phone they were assured to me within 96 hours will resolve your problem and refund your amount to your account but till date any reply not received from aircel . so please help me enquirer from aircel against my above compliant and suggest me what type of action to be taken from Aircel limited please

I bought your Aircel Sim Card Last year April 2010, My name is Abdulfatha, Cell number [protected]. my area Tiruvarur district, Town of Kutoor. 2/23 North Street, Kutoor.
My telephone incoming line past 29 days ago, without any information you are made disconnect. I am contact to customer care several times, someone informed to me, submit to particular documents near to sub agent. I already submitted to my particular documents to Kivalurer Aircel Agent15 days ago.
Until know I didn't connect my services and again I asked Aircel Sub Agent, they are not given to good answer and they are said purchased a new card. I don't like to purchase new card. Therefore I hereby requested to connect to service my Sim Card - [protected].
