Aircel Mobile Prepaid Services — Unfair Practices wrt forceful subscription of products and deducting money

I am Mrs Indrani Mitra having a prepaid mobile connection [protected] with AIRCEL.
The 'Aircel' Moblie prepaid services has adapted the unfair practice of subscribing their products eg 'Raatki baaki' without my consent,anytime, and deducting charges from the pre-paid balance. Even today also they sent a message that the above service is 'renewed'. They had done the same thing a week back. This has been done despite 'DND' activated in Feb.'10 and strong protest to CustomerCare on 04.10.10 at about 3PM.
Talking to the concerned 'Customer Care' is of no use, because on several times on this and similar occasions, they flatly declares that I have subscribed to their offer and that is in their 'database' ! They then advise me to deactivate these by sending SMS to a particular no. I suspect that this subscribing to such products -'everytime' is an automatic generation in their computer, otherwise, how everytime these subscription gets repeated when I have never given any consent whatsoever ! And it is a very funny thing that they will go on making such forceful subscriptions every fortnight/month and I shall have to deactivate on each occasion (in the meantime the charges have been deducted) ! Why should we be subjected to such trauma? Why should the mobile service providers take consumers on ride ?
I had registered an on-line compliant to their customercare(through their website) on 04.10.2010 at 10.35PM but no reply uptill now. I demand a strong action against such 'fraudulant' practices and all such deductions made by them since about 1 1/2 years in the name of subscribing to 'Jokes','Bedtme Jokes' and so on ---must be paid back to my prepaid balance.
I can of-course leave this particular mobile connection from this service provider - but I want to bring to your notice that such cheating practices are going on and the hapless consumers suffers ! Even they may not be able to notice these things as only few persons keep track of their prepaid balance after each and every call !
This service provider also does not have the system of showing the corresponding call charges and available balance after each call.

This is very strange, I would suggest you should report this at the nearest Aircel outlet in Bardhaman. I am sure they will help you sort this problem.
