[Resolved] Aircel Mobile Service — Aircel - Network issue and bill | |||
Hi, I purchased a new Aircel Postpaid connection one month back. From day I am facing a network issue. No mobile network inside in flat. I am leaving in Vaishali Sec - 2B. I logged 2-3 times complain to Aircel, but no response, then I have done the same in written. Now they respond, they visited my place, but they are not able to fixed the network issue. Now after so many mail request they respond (pasted below). Now I want my number to be closed and bill to be adjusted. Already paid security deposit of Rs. 250, and only used for value of Rs. 64. Please suggest me what to do. As they are given me call to pay the monthly bill. "Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to Aircel. Your request number is 1-[protected]. We regret to inform you that due to reasons beyond our control, we are unable to provide complete coverage in the said area. However, we are expanding our network in a phased manner. I can see that you are very disturbed with the disconnection of services not done by Aircel. Somehow I find it strange because till date all my queries & requests has been promptly answered. N I am using Aircel from last 3 years.Why don’t you just visit the circle office may be your things get sorted.

Now they are forcing me for the payment. Current mail from Aircel. Please let me know what should I do.
"We would like to inform you that, please make the payment of Rs 224/- so that we can do the needful for disconnection.
Further, as per policy the refund will be refunded to your billing address within 60 days from the date of disconnection.
Please be informed that, the final bill will be generated after the temporary disconnection as per the billing cycle of your connection."

AIRCEL (Postpaid Mobile) — Disconnection of Mobile service.
We bought three aircel connections directly from company in Apr.09So many problems we faced and decided to disconnect all there numbers. We sent mail on 29th May 09 to concern persons to deactivate these numbers. and after that sent four reminders to senior officers, nodal officers, customer care, Appellate delhi, Retention, Sales etc. BUT no action is taken yet against our disconnection request.
By this we just want to let people know, how Aircel provides services to its customers.
