[Resolved]  Aircel / Mobile Service — stopped signals

I (K Ravi Varma) from Bhimavaram, at Andhrapradesh State, i use mobile number[protected] Aircel network since December 2010, but 20 days back stopped mobile signals without intimation, i suffering in my in coming and out going calls, i asking bhimavaram Aircel Distributor, that person telling the Aircel network running heavy lasses stopped the network services, so, request to you sir please provide port out unique no.in the mobile no is[protected], my alternative mobile no.[protected], please inform that unique no.
