[Resolved]  Aircel Mobile Services — Do not refund the amount

Dear sir, I am retail shopkepper in balaghat (m.p.) and selling the mobiles recharges in my shop.(prerna genral-name of my shop) Aircel company closes their business in madhya pradesh in this month november but they do not inform us earlier to return back the e stock or balance,in present i have Rs-2000 e balance and vochers of Rs-700..last day 23 nov.company mesages us and inform that from midnight of that day e transactions are closed or not done by us..they says to submit the stock to the distributor..but the distributor says that they was resign the busines connections with company at the end of october month..but he cannot inform us.so,now no body can takes the responsibilites of refund.customer care of aircel company are also not gives the answer to me.they disconect the call again and again..plz,help us to refund my amount argently..and blame on company that why they inform us on last day of closing not before of their closing? It is the biggest fraud of company..
