[Resolved]  Aircel — Money Deducted Twice

Two days back, i recharged my mobile with RC-42 through my mobile balance *122*42#.
.
Recharge was successful but the company deducted the money twice. I had 96 Rs balance but now it is showing 12 Rs only.
.
Please refund my balance.

Aircel — money deduction

my talk up balance has been deducted unnecessaryly. when i ask the reason they don't hav valid reason for it. neither they have debited my money back. my complaint no is1-[protected]
it s worst company i came across with bad network
Hope you have not activated any value added service on your number which may be a cause of the deduction???
Dear sir/mam,
Myself MANIKANDAN ([protected]) I’m one o[censored] r customer. I & my family using aircel network past 7 years (not the same number). I didn’t have any problem in your network, but past 6month my wife facing a problem in u r add-on pack (dialer-tune). We are continuously completing to u r call center but they simply said we r really sorry sir, we'll check it out and we'll get back to u are our Sr.manager will speak with u within 24hrs, but still they didn’t call me. this is happened long long back, but still I didn’t get any reply.iam not simply blaming, I was suffered by this peoples and I’ll raised lot of complaints to their customer support, but there is no response in your side, weekly their taking 10rs and the 2nd day again there are taking 20rs.we don’t need the dialer tune please cut are delete, if I’m blaming u then why should you have to refund the money. Your people refund the money at-least 3times to me. Even I have some voice recording also, find the below mention names and the complaint no’s

2. PRABU- 28/07/09 (OUR OFFICER WILL SOON GET BACK TO U)
3. MEENAKSHI- COMPLAINT NO:1116440

EDWIN[protected].52PM (WE CALLED UP HE PICK THE CALL WE HAVE SAID TO EDWIN ASLO THIS IS THE PROBLEM WE HAVE SPOKE TO UR STAFF ARCHANA ON 14TH AND MEENAKSHI AND OUR COMPLAINT NO:096039 & 1116440 BUT NORESPONSE, EDWIN SAID THAT IT WILL DEACTIVATE WITH IN 24HRS)BUT WE WAIT FOR 2DAY NO ONE CAN CALL FOR US.
6. NATHAN- 03/08/09 AGAIN WE CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE (NATHAN PICK THE CALL HE ALSO SAID THE SAME OUR HIGHER OFFICER WILL CALL WITHIN 2HRS)
7. SYED- 09/08/09 12.10PM
8. GOPI- 15/08/09 08.20AM
9. IN BETWEEN THEY HAVE REFUND THE MONEY SOME 2 TO 3 TIMES
10. RAJESH- [protected] FROM CUSTOMER CARE (HE CALLED UP WE INFORM TO HIM THAT WE HAVE SPOKEN WITH THIS GUY. HE SIMPLY SAID NO ONE DIDN’T TELL THE PROBLEM, SORRY SIR WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY WITH IN ONE DAY) HE ALSO REFUND THE MONEY BUT NEXT 2DAY AGAIN THEY HAVE TAKEN 20RS IN MY WIFE MOBILE
11. RAJESH CALLED UP 4 TIMES BUT NOT THE SAME DAY
12. PREVIOUS MONTH I DIDN’T NOTE. ON AUG-09 1rs BARRED, 13-SEP-09 10rs BARRED, 05-OCT-09 20rs BARRED, 15-NOV-09 15rs BARRED
Such a bad customer care I never seen in my lifetime. U guy growing by us and your cheating us. Unnecessary it is charging monthly. I don’t have a problem in my number ([protected]); I have a problem with my wife mobile number, Call for me for the further clarification
