[Resolved] Aircel — wrong balance deduction every time | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I had already submitted a complaint on 1st oct 2011, this is 5th time again aircel charged Rs. 9 and activated some SMS pack. This is ridiculous. I think now i should port my number to some other network. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have activated an sms pack of Rs.61, validity 61 days (6100 free sms) on 1st aug 2011, & 4th august aircel deducted Rs.38 for MUMSMS38 pack, then i went to customer care 3 times, i got refund. On 1st sept. same problem happened, aircel deducted Rs. 38, then again 2-3 times to customer care, then i got refund. And on third time i was having only Rs.9.20 as balance and again aircel deducted Rs.9 on 14th sept for some sms pack, i again went to customer care again got refund.
And now this is 4th time aircel deducted Rs.38 for MUMSMS38 pack. NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO.
