[Resolved]  Aircel — No Proper Response

Dear sir,
My contact number is [protected] and my fathers number is [protected] we are not activating any Vas services but still this stupid aircel people deduct our balance and when we call customer care they are not responding properly and disconnecting the call please take some serious action ASAP

I am holding a aircel prepaid card.once i received telemarketing call from aircel asking me to change to postpaid and on the very next day, they collected the documents and money from me and they promise my account will be changed to postpaid on the next day evening.Even after 4 days my account is not changed to postpaid.when i contact the postpaid customer care, they ask me to call prepaid customer care, and they said to contact postpaid...at last there is no proper response.Manytimes they are cutting the call after making to wait for long time.For two days i waited for 25 minutes in line and they have cut the phone without giving any response.This higly irritated me...Even now they haven't activated to postpaid account.I don't know where to complain ...so i am filing the complain over here...hoping for the best solution.

on 08-08-09, I have purchased the Aircel sim only for internet. I call customer care to activate they they activated.
But when I am conneting with my laptop, then cannot connect, then I call customer care again after that mr. srikant ( customer care associates) told me to contact any person who is using internet on laptop who will solve, then why you mr. srikant is working overthere if you donot know any thing.
Since I am myself is a well experienced user for interner for any type of internet why I will contact any more if you know then you tell me other wise you tell your senior to contact me.

my aircel no. 0091-[protected] New no only for internet i have purchased other wise I will throw it away since I have no use of these type o[censored]seless sim and network.

I am using the aircel number for internet connection.but i cannot collect the fullly information about how i using the internet threw mobile. i also have to recharge the 98 Rs recharge. nearlly aircel deler cannot get any information about this. and i cannot get any information about u r customer care services.

sir i'm not getting a proper response from aircel company.... i got a new mobile on monday then tat same night i got GPRS SETTINGS... then only for sometime i was able 2 browse then later on i cant. i'm speking with the customer care for past 3 days and i.m not getting solved tis problem.... pls do help me out.....

Stupid Aircel people always deduct my balance without any reason and when call the Customer care they are not giving proper response this the same condition for my dads and my brothers aircel sim and they no how to speak to a customer even...

i Have recharged with Rs.10 paper recharge morning and before i was having balance of rs.5
after recharging my balance was 13 Rs change so i called 151 and i recharged a Sms pack of rs.6
and when i check my Balance there's only 1Rs change...and i dont want to call the stupid customer care people as they disconnect the call and wont solve the problem...and in my fathers sim also every then and there they'l activate Caller tune and deduct the balance i have complaint lot of times but still there is no Resolution...if this time also your not able to solve my problem kindly deactivate all our Aircel sims i.e ([protected], [protected], [protected])
