Aircel — non-cancellation of postpaid numbers | |||
sir, my name is vijayalakshmi , few months back i was using postpaid sim of aircel ([protected],[protected]). And i cancelled those numbers buy paying all ma balance amount (Rs.1350) on 31/01/13 and the amount was collected by RAMSON CREDIT BUREAU (arumbakkam). I gave them a letter for ma cancellation of both the sims,they said it will be cancelled with in 72 hrs. But after few days i was starting to recieve messages statin that i have to pay Rs.875 for my postpaid sim's.Today some people came and asked for the remaining amount . It has become a great annoyance for us in the noon. kindly take this into account and check for my letter of cancelleation. for your kind knowledge my son has submitted 3 letter in the spencer plaza office and one to the man who came for credit bureau.Please relieve me form this problem.
