[Resolved] Aircel — not getting 3G SIGNAL | |
my name is samiran kumar staying in bangalore.
My Aircel no. is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs. 447 , still I am not getting 3G speed.
I am getting very low 2G speeds.
Even my mobile is showing 2G network.
When I send "Start 3G" to 121 it is saying 3G network already activated in your mobile.
When I talked to Aircel guys, they are saying 3G coverage is available in Bangalore but inspite of my several comlaints, they never get back and
never tried to rectify the problem.
Still I am getting the 2G coverage and speed.
when i tried in DATA card, then also it is coming same 2G speed.If i select WCDMA only.then tower is not showing.Please help me.
I tried to talk to Aircel customer care guys but they are not picking the phone. Was this information helpful? | |
