Firstly, I appreciate your quick response.
I was informed by an executive from Aircel that things are clear from their side and the problem is with Citi bank server. I contacted the citi bank executive and they are giving the same reason that the transaction was cleared from their side and the problem is with the mobile service provider. Help me out, please!

Neither the aircel nor the citibank had done anything regarding this till now... neither my account is recharged nor the amount is debited back..
No response since 2 days...
