I recharged Aircel Prepaid Mobile Rs.98 for Unlimited Pocket Internet for 30 day. Recharged Date :[protected]. But Pocket Internet not working from Date[protected]. I called customer care. my pocketinternet not working from past 3 day i activated it for single day 29 april 2013 they auto renewed it while i didnt want it so i want it to be deactivate. I tried calling your CC they are not attending me..so please take it a complaint and hope it be solved early...

My aircel number is [protected]. i m currently using internet pack worth 447, which gives 2 gb 3g data/month for three month...its my second month and i still have 512 mb remaining. but when i try to use my internet i doesn't work...then i called coustomer care for help... they said please recharge your main account and then try to use...
i did that but nothings working...i even tried to put my sim in dongle... but still it doesn't worked...
need assistance...i m sick of being ignored...

i feel cheated by aircel. I activated pocket Internet single day KTKPI5 on 29th April 2013 but it didn't work and they auto-renewed once again on 30th without asking but of no use i have not got net activated still ... i have changed GPRS setting more than 35 times but of no use... I called there CC 121 when i called them they told try calling 198 but of no use... And i tried of calling them its not connecting either...
