My name is Vishal Mhatre. My aircel number is [protected]. From 6 days company deducting rs.5 daily but my monthly pocket internet subscription still valid. But I cant access internet because of low balance. So please solve my problem. I had call to 121/198 for help but there is no satisfied response from custumer care, they told me 'press 2 press 5...'. Please give my money back.
Hi .. I have been facing issues of daily deduction stating "Pocket store usage".. i couldnt understand why these ppl are deducting 5rs everyday when i already hold a subscription which is valid for the next 20days...This is truely unfair..The customer care service is very poor and not friendly.
