[Resolved] Aircel — Poor network and worst customer care support | |
Aircel has the worst network and GPRS services in Delhi NCR region, with severe network connectivity issue and possibly the worst 2g service provider. Even worse and incompetent are the customer service executives. They have ZERO knowledge of what they are upto and their solution limits to just asking you to switch your phone on and off which is of no use most of the times. Moreover they put down the call when asked to forward the call to their seniors for effective solution.
I have been using Aircel since quite some time, but now have reached the peak of frustration. Aircel no longer provides cheap call services which used to be the only positive sign Aircel.
Dont know about its performance in south India. In Delhi NCR region, it really SUCKS!! Was this information helpful? | |

My number is [protected]. It has been more than 2 months i have been getting bad connection and hopeless gprs service. Moreover i find myself in roaming even after being in delhi itself. Call drop issues have been common now. Useless ill trained customer care excutive has no solution for matters other than asking to repeated switch our phone on and off which is of no use. Added to this they hang up the call when asked to forward the call. There are no aircel outlets for upfront solution.
Aircel marketing team may try to manage the online reputation by putting up consolatory comments. But the fact remains the same about poor network and services.

The hopeless service provider and worst customer care support.
Whenever you call customer care 121, 198.. etc always you will hear the fixed dialogue 'We regret all out CSR are busy'.
Simply fade-up of this hopeless service provider. Don't understand why network is not available when there is a load shedding or
electrical power shutdown.

Even I am using an aircel postpaid connection in karnataka, Bangalore. The network and the customer care service that I have experienced with Aircel is THE WORST and I would never recommend anyone in my life to take aircel connection. Its been 3 months since I have started using it and surprisingly till date not even a single day I am satisified with the network. I am feeling lucky after I came to know about the portability option. I am 100% sure that most of the aircel employees themselves must not be using aircel connection because of its known network.
