Aircel — PORTABILITY

i am sending message of portability on 1900 from last 3 days but there is no Portability code provided by aircel company and when i called up on 198 number then they didn't solve my problem always using word like " SORRY SIR, AND TEMPORARY PROBLEM " but no one is helping me to get portability code..

i have apply my no for porting on 25th jan, 13 but till date there no action has been taken.
i went yesterday to the bbsr aircel office they treated badly with me when i told them my problem.
they said u wait.
i am waiting from 25th.
they had told it would take 4 days what the ****.
its more than 11 days.
how long should i wait.
i want that u should improve your coustomers sevice.
and plz take a fast action for my port plz.i am facing a lots of problems.
