Aircel Postpaid — Aircel company customer care representative makes false promise

"[protected]" this is the number what Aircel provides me. But I did not choose it. I was choosing [protected] and also the customer care representative committed to provide me the same. And after address verification & payment done by me, suddenly they told me that chosen number will be cost you Rs. 1000/- (rupees one thousand) and so many things. Totally they turned me negative and things were taken very lightly. Even they do not have any curtsy, I called them repeatedly and they played the same tap. Its disgusting and disappointed for me since 23rd August 2013. One more thing what SIM card they provided me that was not working and they didn't give me anything yet after so many conversation. Even they did not call me after 2nd September 2013.

Aircel company customer care representative committed to give me a postpaid connection number of my choice, but now the company is providing me a different postpaid number after address vitrifaction and payment done by me, which is totally disgusting and disappointing matter. I am writing to aware all my friends please keep away from the fake promise.

Whenever I got a call from the verification authority, I told him repeatedly about the issue but they forwarding me to the representatives and after that no body is listening to the issue. It is wasting my time and money.
