[Resolved]  Aircel Postpaid Internet Connection — Regarding wrong bill for Postpaid internet data card [protected] from 2nd March 2012 to 1st April 2012 barring service

Hi ,

I purchased internet data card from UNIVERSAL forum mall Kormangala Bangalore on 2nd February.
My Aircel internet Postpaid data card number is [protected].
I have received incorrect bill from 2/04/2012 to 1/04/2012.My plan was Rs.305 upto 15th march 2012.I have also paid a bill of Rs 530 on 14th March(due to data exceed limit).I called in customer care on 14th of march for change of plan to Rs.750.After some days for getting confirmation whether my plan was changed to Rs.750 or not I went to customer care office in Kormangala (Bangalore) and they informed me that my plan is still Rs.305 and if I want to change the plan I have to request on 31st of march or 1st April due to billing cycle.
Later on when I received bill on 2nd April it was UNIMAGINABLE bill of Rs 6761
So my query is if the plan was not changed to Rs.750(4GB) then how I can get the bill of so much.Also I have not crossed the limit of data .

I called in customer care and they informed that since your plan was activated in the middle of month so i will be given only 2GB data and that too for 15 days,this is totally unethical.In the plan brochure it is mentioned that Rs.750 for 30 days no where it is written if it is changed in middle of month then we will be given 2 GB data only for RS.750 and that too for 15 days.Customer care guys also informed that I have used Around 2GB and 300 mb data so for 300 mb how can the bill be Rs.6000
Aircel is charging with whatever rate they want without giving any information
Looking forward for quick and speedy reply.
