This is strange my friend as what I know that all these services are fully automated and require customer approval before activation. Hope you have not accidently pressed any button on your mobile which has activated the service? If not you just need to call the customer care I am sure they would give you a valid solution

i am using aircel company prepaid sim card.
i tell that i have not asked any caller tune but aircel set callertune by their own hand. he deducted my money-rs.30 and i call coustmer care and tell about callertune he says next time callertune have not set. but in one month two times my balance diducted. and next month also.on month- december, januaryand march.in 2010.
please sir give my money please sir i request you.
