Hello,
This is just to let you know whenever we are getting the SMS regrading "Full Talk Time" the customer is suppose to get that full amount in his/her account but my concern is once we recharge that amount after that I have to request to the Customer Care to resolve that ... WHY ???
Several times I faced it for example :-
1.) I raised this issue to customer care on 5th Sep 2011 with complaint no. [protected] till now it has not resolved.
2.)Then again I recharged with the amount of Rs 30/- on 5th Oct after I got that full talk time SMS and it has clearly mentioned that after 72 hours I will get the rest amount and I requested to the CC regarding this but he said " there is a technical problem so I am not able to see the details "
So may I know when it will resolve ??
Even one of my friend is facing the same problem since 2/3 months and his name is Mr. Ashis Mishra ([protected])
