[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — Deducting much more amount than tariff plan

Hello,

I am really get panic for Aircel service plan because they displaying something and providing somethingelse.
This happened on 24/04/2012 (05:52 PM) I got SMS saying
" Special STV kebala apananka painee. Recharge karantu matra 51 tanka abon samasta Local A2A calls karantu matra 1.2p/6 secs re abon Anya Local calls matra 1.2p/3 secs,Val- 90 days "
And recharge @ 10:20 PM at the same day.
Next day early in the morning I called to one of the aircel number to knowing whether the tarrif plan is really activated or not.
I called for 0:05 secs and it was showing call rate 5.00 INR for the last call duration then I contacted to the head office (Fortune Tower, BBSR) Customer care said that your tariff plan has been acivated even you also get 5000 secs as a promo balance (to any local call) and there will no deduction from your main account untill your promo balance is zero. I said ok .

But now my concern is for 26/04/2012 when I checked my balance at 2:30 it was Rs 55/- (main account) and I called on an around 3:15 PM for 25 mins after that there is Rs 12/- of deduction from main account even I have not used the full 5000 secs yet.
Because I calculate the entire call durations from 24/04 to 26/04/2012 and it was only 3863 secs still I am supposed to use 1137 secs.
So where is that ?????
Suddenly I contacted to Customercare at 04:26 PM (26/04) and let him know everything in details but he replied casually like " Mam what SMS you got that I don't know but your call rate will be charge 0.72p/min Local call and about the Rs 51/- power plus that is only under some specific network not for you.
I was surprised !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really want to know --- why Aircel service provided such kind of fake SMS to the customer once they recharge that PP they will be surprise and this first time for me even few days back I suffered for the unnecessary deductions ....

Why Why Why ????? why every time the customers are facing these kinds of issues like me ??

I would like to request to resolve the followings
1.) Rs 12/- Credit back to my account
2.) 1137 secs as promo balance also to my account

Hopefully the Aircel service will not harrasing me further.
