Aircel — Misleading Gulf offer
my name is varun antony and my aircel no is [protected]...its useless talking to the agents in aircel,one time i called aircel helpline regarding a complain on Rs.98 recharge,according to the brocher that they were supplying to retailers it said all gulf calls @ 10ps..and i recharged for the same ..and when i called to oman ..i was charged 12ps or so ...i contacted the helpline for clarification...and they informed me the offer was only for saudi,UAE and baharin, wat was really annoying was that ...they provide this big pages to retailers that has just the minimum detail and on asking for reason why the complete detail was not provided .they said they had a * at the end and they cant do anything..the funny thing is that they have * at the end of every denomination and consider customers to be a fool..and after knowing nothing can be done from CC i contacted the nodal office which was chargeable and they to start avoiding me after they knew my issue...wats the use of a helpline which cannot raise a complaint or provide a resolution...If aircel really care about its customer resolve the issues..i contacted the helpline on the same day of recharging and asked them to convert my offer to normal TT after VAT and all..but then also they said nothing can be done..all network helps their customer after knowing a genuine issue but not aircel ..they have a tag line ...''SIR,theirs a * at the end which means condition apply".I TOO HAVE A NEWS FOR THEM ,I TOO MADE SURE NO FRIENDS OR FAMILY OF MINE HAS AIRCEL SIM.If aircel has anything to say mail me at : [protected]@yahoo.com.
