[Resolved] Aircel Prepaid — poor customer service | |||
I was facing a problem of non applicability of call rates as per the tariff plan. I called the customer helpline no. 198 and asked the same to the customer care officer. i was told that this time we are not ready with our applications and cant help you ,plz call after half an hour. After half an hour , i was told to plz call after one hour. After more than one hour when i called and explained the whole incident to the person on line, that person being on line with me, messaged me from his personal no.
