[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid Service — CHARGES CUT WITHOUT NOTICE

Dear Sir

I have been using an aircel prepaid connection .They have charged mr Rs 30 from my account for the renewal of the hellotune with out any intimation about the same . While asking to reverse the amount, as i am not interested to use the service . They are harrasing me .

Kindly do the needful

Is it possible that you did not unsubscribe to the hello tune facility and its only got carried forward to the next month? One has to unsubscribe to be able to stop the service. Just unsubscribe to it by visiting your nearest Aircel showroom or simply call Customer Care and tell them exactly what you need.
