[Resolved]  Aircel — Recharge not received

I recharged my Aircel mobile numbers [protected](Payment Id no. :[protected] and [protected] (Payment Id :[protected]through Aircel website.i choose 135 Rs top up packages in which i will get 150 TT + 150 MB internet for 25 days.I recharged through my icici bank netbanking. Amount is deducted from my acount but i didn't get recharge amount..but some wrong recharge message i received...

[protected] its my mobile no. i have already launched a complaint on thi isssue there is no response for my complaint i.e, i have reacharged of amount Rs-150/- stil know i didn't get my recharge or my amount in my bank account what is the problem pls give response is ur site unable 2 answer my question or....................................................

Aircel — Recharge not received

HI I tried to recharge my Cell Number through Aircel website… I did all the required process and send to recharge the number after sometime I received the SMS from my back provider that Account no XXXXXXXX has been used to make a purchase of Rs 158 at Aircel on 17-Nov-201 at 5:11 PM I have attached the SMS print screen… Within that min I did received any SMS from Aircel regarding the recharge! I thought sometime due to system slow down I might got delay!!! Till next day I waited for the recharge but no luck!!! On 18th Nov 2011 I call to 121 and have a complaint with Aircel! That I have not received the my prepaid balance for Rs 158, which I have made the payment online on 17th Nov 2011 at 5:11 PM, Rs 158 was deducted from my account on 17th Nov 2011 at 5:11 PM. After the given complaint I received an SMS at 18th Nov 2011 at 2:33 PM from Aircel that my complaint I been registered SR - [protected] and it will be resolved by 19th Nov 2011… on the same day I received another SMS at 18th Nov 2011 at 6:45 PM say that your complaint SR - [protected] is been resolved..

I thought now I will receive my Rs 158 amount balance but I did received any balance back… Since 18th Nov 2011 till today I am calling to Aircel customer support regarding the case… in every call I have to repeat the same thing that I recharge my number from Aircel web site on 17th Nov 2011 at 5:11 PM and Rs 158 was deducted from my account but I have not received the Rs 158 balance to my Cell Number… every time the customer support person told me yes we can see your complaint and its under process give us 48th Hrs and you case will be resolve… till today my case has been not resolve…

Can you please looking into it…?

I had recharged rupees 67 (sixty seven) for pocket internet pack on my aircel number [protected]. However still i have not yet received the recharge and whenever i am browsing the net, money is getting deducted from my balance. When I tried to contact customer care they could not even understand the problem and soon they blocked my number. Aircel causes a lot of harassment to its customers

[protected] of 88 PI 1gb for 14 days on 8 November 2014 through net banking .Everything was successful & i got Rs 88 deduct for topup from my sbi account with Transaction Successful @Tid=[protected] but no entry of data balance while complaining to aircel customer service they alway cut my call.I hope if i will be credit back my money.
