Rs., 98/- after dedcution of the service tax Rs., 12/- and then yesterday am try to call for my HP gas online booking purpose am received message you dont have balance further am discussion with your customer care people they are given message it is aircel
to aircel free pack, then am asked what can i do for my balance she silently drop the phone





so please look into my problem and solve the same and revert the my balance immediately

Aircel — no recharge

dear sir i have no recharge my recharge coupon
Aircel recharge complaint is very common. I purchased five recharge coupons of Rs.10/- and charged in my mobile phone no.[protected]. Even after recharging for fifty rupees my account shows only 0.30. How it happened? I repeated the charging process to find out the mistake if any in the process. But the reply I got was "this coupon is already used". Then what happened to my Rs.50 coupon. Who will answer for this? Mobile companies are cheating public like this. Similarly services not requested by the owner is activated and the amount is deducted from the account. Prepaid customers are being fooled by the mobile companies.

Aircel — regarding recharge

Dear Paytm care Team,
I have done my mobile recharge with Rs 125/- with the help of your site but the balance did not get credited in my account. What is the status of this request because amount has been deducted from my bank account. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
