ON 30TH JULY I CHARGED MY ACCOUNT ON ONLINE WITH RS.400.( RS.200 X 2TIMES.) REFERENCE-KAR[protected] & KAR[protected]. LATER AFTER A CALL I RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING MY BALANCE IS ONLY RS.267.96 WHICH WAS PRIOR TO RECHARGING.
SINCE THEN I HAVE CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND I HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS OF WHICH I HAVE ONE REF NUMBER-1-[protected] ON 05/08/2012.WHICH STATED THAT THE AMOUNT WILL BE REVERTED TO YOU BY 07/08/2012. NO MONEY REVERTED TO THE BANK ACCOUNT AND NO PROPER ANSWER FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICES.
ONE PERSON STATED THAT THE AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND IT WILL NOT BE PUT IN MY MOBILE ACCOUNT TOO.
