[Resolved] Aircel — Regarding Online Recharge | |||
Dear Sir ! I have an Aircel Prepaid connection. On 26th June, 2012, I did recharge my mobile no. [protected] via Online Mode using my Debit Card with Rs. 50/- (Topup). At the time of payment, the payment was successful and my bank account was debited with Rs. 50/-. But I did not receive the balance in my aircel prepaid account. I contacted to Customer Care about the issue and registered the complaint about it. The Customer Care said that within 48 hours either my prepaid account will be recharged with amt. Rs. 50/- or they will refund the money in my bank a/c. But till 28th June, 2012, neither my prepaid a/c recharged with Rs. 50/- nor they refunded the money to my bank a/c. When I contact to Customer Care, they says that I have to recharge again and the past amount will not be refunded. So, this is Aircel's liability to either recharge or return my money. I am very harassed from Aircel's service. Please take a right action against the company as soon as possible. Details : Mobile no.
