Aircel — Regarding poor service

Sir,
i am a customer of AIRCEL service provider bearing my mobile no-[protected].i recharge Rs.98/- for using pocket internet on 1st April,2012,but continue of poor service from 1.04.2012 to till date.I made contact to the customer care many more time but problem not yet solved.Customer care provides twice reference no bearing 1-[protected] & 1-[protected] on 13.04.2012 &23.04.2012 respectively.
